PURPOSE:

House of Hope is a cooperative venture of all elements of the Town of Front Royal and Warren County community. Working together, state and local governments, community-based organizations, local businesses, Community Transitional Housing Project, area churches, Warren County Congregational Community Action Project (C-CAP), and concerned individuals serve the needs of the homeless.

House of Hope was founded on the concepts of caring and compassion. The officers, directors, volunteers, staff and residents served by and serving this organization do not discriminate with respect to race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, or national origin.
